Crunchy Chinese Chicken Salad
4 split chicken breasts, grilled or sauté and diced.
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup water chestnuts
2 diced scallions
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
3-4 Tbsp. low fat Mayo
Combine in a bowl and mix. Fill Pita and Enjoy!
