Try'em Toasted!
Hungarian Spread
2 packages of cream cheese 3 ounces each
2 tablespoons of capers
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 clove of crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon of liquid red pepper
1 teaspoon grated onion
Pita; party-sized and toasted if desired
Beat all ingredients with a fork or whirl in an electric blender until creamy-smooth. Serve with or on pita.
