Lamb Sauté
8-10oz. lean leg lamb meat (diced small)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1-2 med. cloves minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and garlic until lightly browned. Turn heat to medium-high. and add meat. Stir until thoroughly browned. Add salt and pepper. Serving Tip: Spread Pita Pocket with hummus and add lamb.
