Thai Pita
1 chicken breast
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup carrots; shredded
½ cup green onion
Thai peanut sauce
Roast the chicken breast, or fry. Cut into strips. Mix chicken and other vegetables into a bowl. Add desired amount of Thai peanut sauce. Stuff pita and enjoy.
